Personal Fitness Training

30 minutes: $60

For the client wanting help from a personalized fitness program to help you smash your strength and fitness goals!!!

1-on-1 in person session rate

30-minute and 60-minute session lengths available!!

30-minute pre-made circuit training OR 60-minute personalized programming.

WHERE DO WE MEET?
Options: 1. I can use any equipment you own at your home.

2. Meet you at your gym (as long as they are okay with it)

3. I can make a body weight program that you can do anywhere to hit your fitness goals.

Empowerment Self Defense

60 minutes: $50

This service is for those interested in learning how to be aware of their surroundings, keep themselves and loved ones safe, and be empowered through the practice of Martial Arts.

Mitchell has been teaching some form of martial arts since 2012 achieving 2 Black belts.  The first was in Xin-Tao karate in 2013, and Olympic Tae Kwon Do in 2016.

Since then he's studied many forms of martial arts and is currently prepping for his 1st degree black belt in Hapkido.

This service teaches the mixed martial arts curriculum of MPMA self defense blending Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, Escrima/Arnis, and Hapkido for personal empowerment and protection.

This system is created through 2nd degree black belt .

***Should clients wish to test for rank towards becoming a 1st Degree Black Belt or higher, there will be a small fee to cover the cost of the test, purchase/shipping of new rank belt, printing of certification, and any incidents with additional scheduling of locations and coaches to facilitate the skills exam.

1:1 Program Re/Design

60-90 minutes: $150

Whether you’re a novice or experience fitness practitioner, we all hit plateaus in our journey.

sometimes we just need a fresh set of eyes or a redesign of our program to continue achieving gains.

this service offers a 1-on-1 coaching session to build or redesign an already built program but does NOT include ongoing 1-on-1 coaching on the gym floor.

Think of this session as a guidepost along your journey pointing you in the “right” way but not a guide walking beside you.

Perfect for someone looking for new novel stimuli to continue one’s health and fitness journey.
