“How can I help?”
For a complete bio - including my professional certifications and my unique approach to fitness - simply give me a call or send me an email.
I look forward to hearing from you.
My fitness journey began in childhood with kempo karate, and general strength training.
Later I took weight training and martial arts classes in college. I also worked in eldercare nursing and physical rehabilitation as a Board Certified Nursing Assistant and Restorative Aid in Oregon from 2010-2019.
After achieving my black belt in karate, I studied Tae Kwon Do and kickboxing to get in “fighting shape.”
I used those skills to teach empowerment self defense in Milwaukie from 2014 until the 2020 pandemic closed our doors.
Since then, I’ve completed the Fitness Technology Certification offered through Clackamas Community College and continue to work towards a transfer associates degree in order to transfer to Portland State University to study their Exercise and Health Bachelors Degree.
I’ve completed ISSA CPT certification as a mix between these training backgrounds, and a former career in eldercare nursing/physical rehabilitation.
I look forward to using all my experience to help you achieve your personal fitness goals!!
